A1 Decoy Guns & Ammo - Terms and Conditions

1. Company Information This website is operated by A1 Decoy Ltd. We are registered in England and Wales and operate under the same legal entity as our primary retail business.

2. Firearms and Ammunition Sales

• All customers must provide a valid Firearm Certificate (FAC) or Shotgun Certificate (SGC) before any firearms or ammunition can be dispatched or collected.
• Ammunition can only be collected in-store and is non-refundable.
• Firearms may be returned if proven to be faulty. If the item is faulty, we will cover return costs. If the customer changes their mind, they are responsible for return shipping.

3. Delivery & Collection

• Firearms may be delivered via Parcelforce Secure RFD service or collected in-store.
• Ammunition is collection-only.
• Accessories may be shipped via Royal Mail. Items such as knives may require ID verification upon delivery.

4. Payment & Pricing

• All prices shown on the site are inclusive of VAT.
• We accept all major debit and credit cards.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Refunds are available on accessories and firearms only in accordance with UK Consumer Rights.
• Goods must be returned in original condition with proof of purchase.

6. Licensing and Legal Compliance

• We are a registered firearms dealer and track all firearms and ammunition sales using Guntrader’s RFD register.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if legal requirements are not met.

7. Liability

• We are not responsible for misuse of firearms, ammunition or age-restricted items.
• All customers are expected to use our products in accordance with UK law and safety standards.
